Consultant to Mobius Photonics Discusses Company’s Patent Licensing at CLEO 2010

Dr. John Nightingale, consultant to Mobius Photonics, presented "Liability to Asset: The Mobius Licensing Story" at the Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (CLEO) Technology Transfer Showcase on May 20, 2010, in San Jose, California. In his presentation, Nightingale covered Mobius’ founding and technology, products and applications, its experience licensing a critical patent from Harvard, its current IP status, and the impacts of the licensing agreement.

Nightingale has worked in the photonics industry for 25 years. He has been a consultant to Mobius on intellectual property issues for the past four years.
